Zollars Realty Inc. opened its doors in 1990 after being affiliated with the Lux Agency, Lafayette for almost three years. Paul L. Zollars was the principal broker at the time with him and his associates selling over $2,000,000 of real estate annually. In 1994 Paul sold the business to his daughter, Dolly Poston-Zollars, who had been licensed in real estate since 1989.

Zollars Realty Inc. is a full service real estate facility dealing in agricultural properties, real estate appraising, condominium and cooperative sales, commercial transactions and tax deferred exchanges. However the sales volume is dominated by residential real estate including private buyer representation.

Zollars Realty Inc. maintains an approved Office Policy as mandated by Indiana State Law. Our office policy states that we operate as the agent of the seller as well as agents of the buyer and when representing both parties in the same transaction (i.e. where the home is listed with Zollars Realty Inc. and sold by Zollars Realty Inc.), we represent both as a limited agent.
